At Solterra, we strive to provide our residents with the simplest and quickest way of planning events. One way is to rent our our beautiful clubroom and showcase it to their friends! Residents can rent out our 4,000 sq ft clubroom, which includes a professional culinary kitchen, sports bar, gaming center with game consoles, billiards table, and all the necessities to throw a great event!

Got a date you want to reserve it for? Check out our calendar of events under the "calendar" tab to see if the clubroom has been reserved. If not, then it's available! The fee to rent out the clubroom is only $75 and there's a security deposit of $500. And that's it!
