Happy Monday and November Solterra!

I can’t believe it is November already and the Holidays are quickly approaching. Just wanted to share with you some updates about the community:

-Parking Project is almost complete!! The sections that have been done, look fantastic and thank you everyone for your patience and cooperation during this not so fun project! Phase 1 and Phase 2 have been rescheduled for this Thursday and Friday. Those of you who have parking in those two sections have received letters to your doors. If you have any questions feel free to let me or David know

-I am happy to announce that our Gift Wrapping Station will be going up shortly in the Club Room. We will fill it with holiday wrapping paper, ribbon, tape, scissors so you can come on down with your gifts and get them wrapped on us!! Also, even after the holidays it will continue to be here year round!! No need to run to the store to buy last minute wrapping paper.

-If you haven’t signed up for online rent payment, you can sign up here and make paying rent hassle free! No need to remember to drop off a check every month…Online Rent Payment

-Please note that the Leasing Office will be closed for Thanksgiving Holiday on Thursday 11/28/2013 and Friday 11/29/2013.
