Hotel del Coronado is celebrating the ninth year of Skating by the Sea, a unique Southern California experience - outdoor ice skating overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The oceanfront Windsor Lawn will be transformed into a spectacular ice rink with daily skating sessions from November 27 to January 5.

All ice skating sessions are two hours and cost $23 per adult, $18 per child (ages 10 and under). Skate rental is included in the price ($5 discount if you wear your own ice skates). $5 discount with military ID for immediate family. The ice rink will be closed December 10 for a special Make-A-Wish event. A portion of the skating proceeds will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of San Diego.
