Good Morning and Happy New Year Solterra,

On behalf of our entire team, Happy New Year! We hope this year brings you lots of happiness, success and joy! We are so thankful for all of you and could not ask for better residents! Thank you to each and every one of you for making Solterra such a great place to live and for us to come to work to! We have had another amazing year with many services, events, and much more! We also want to thank everyone for all of the donations made during the holiday season (food and pet food drive) We are grateful to give back to the community, so thank you everyone!

None of the above successes, events, etc… would be possible without our residents, so I want to thank all of you for your continued participation, ongoing feedback, understanding and cooperation during the “not so fun” projects and for your daily contributions toward making Solterra truly “THE BEST” community. Best wishes to you in the upcoming year! We have some great projects planned this next year, so HERE’S TO 2014!

Reminders: *Please be sure to remove your holiday décor as we will begin power washing the hallways and will need this to be clear from the hallways, also you may want to pull in your door mat as well *Guest parking is currently being monitored by courtesy patrol and our office as well (documenting license plates of vehicles parked) as we have been made aware that some residents are either not parking in their parking spaces assigned to them or parking in guest parking for extended periods of time (over the 24 hour limit). You will be contacted individually if your vehicle is found to be violating the parking policy.
