We recently completed a resident satisfaction survey program with SatisFacts Research, a national resident satisfaction research company that supports the apartment industry; they survey hundreds of thousands of apartment residents nationwide each year. We want to thank each of you who completed the survey for sharing your input. This input is critical to us because our goal is to do everything possible to make sure that you are satisfied as a resident at our community. We take your feedback very seriously, and want to share the outcome of the results.

We are thrilled to announce we have been awarded a SatisFacts Superior Property Award based on the positive feedback you provided achieving a score of 4.48 out of a possible 5! Thank you for recognizing that we are achieving our mission to provide the highest level of customer service to you, our residents; however, will continue to strive to maintain and improve our performance.

Customer service is a daily journey, and we embrace the need for continued improvement. There were some areas that the survey results indicated we needed to focus more attention on. We really appreciate your candor. Only by knowing where we are not meeting your expectations can we attempt to address the issue involved. Again, thank you for helping to bring these issues to light.
