Want to get out and enjoy a nice Saturday morning hiking in San Diego? Well now is your chance to do it with a fun group of people and a chance to meet some of your Solterra Apartments neighbors and other HG Fenton’s residents! This Saturday, Fit X, is hosting a local hike in San Diego at Mission Trails. The hike leader is Denisse Ypina (pictured below) and here is a little about her:

Denisse Ypina is a San Diego based Group Fitness instructor certified by the American Council on Exercise. Denisse has always been very passionate about being active, and once she finished college she decided to start sharing her love for fitness with others. Denisse currently teaches a few different workout formats at several different FitX sites, and enjoys leading weekend hikes for FitX as well. In addition, Denisse always keeps her American Red Cross First Aid CPR/AED license up to date.
