Good Afternoon and Happy December Solterra!

It’s hard to believe that 2014 is nearing the end! We hope you had a great Thanksgiving Holiday! It’s been a great year at Solterra and we are so thankful to have such wonderful residents be a part of this amazing community! We have some great announcements and events planned including our Annual Holiday Party, Annual donation drives, and much more! Be sure to check out more information throughout this newsletter! Annual Holiday Party: When: Wednesday 12/17/2013 6:00 PM-8:00 PM Where: Clubroom/Leasing Center What to Expect: Delicious Catered Menu, PHOTO BOOTH!!!!, Raffles, and more! What to Wear (optional): We will be wearing “Ugly Sweaters” so dress to impress!
What to bring (optional): Nonperishable food/pet food item(s) towards one of our Holiday drives

We will also be having our 2nd Annual Front Door Decorating Contest so make sure to let us know if you are participating so that we can a picture of your door and enter you into the contest!!J
