Hello Solterra Residents!

We are excited to bring you Cheesy Amigo’s Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwich Cart on Thursday December 11th!! The Cart will be here from 5PM to 7PM and will be serving up tasty custom grilled cheese sandwiches!! Check out what’s on the menu for the night below!!

Caprese $5 Our take on a caprese salad in a grilled cheese. We use California mozzarella with locally farmed tomatoes and spinach lightly marinated in Italian vinaigrette.

Oktoberfest $6 We use mild sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Guinness beer brats, and spicy brown honey mustard.

Mac & Cheese-ini $6 Thick sliced applewood smoked bacon over a cheddar based macaroni and cheese in a sandwich.

Lobster Grilled Cheese $7 Wild caught langostino lobster with our chipotle aioli between sharp cheddar and Mexican enchilado cheese.

Plus grill master Lance has let us know that he will be serving up a specialty tri-tip teriyaki sandwich featuring teriyaki beef, toasted onion, and aged cheddar cheese.
