Solterra Residents,

I wanted to inform you all that I will be transferring to another HG Fenton community in Solana Beach, Solana Highlands. I have whole heartedly enjoyed my time here with you all and some of you have been here from the very beginning even before we had a community!! I am very sad to be leaving you all as this has been the most fantastic experience I have had in property management. The sense of community that we have here at Solterra is unmatched and will be dearly missed. Thank you for being such great residents. I will be around for the next two weeks and fully transitioning over to Solana after next Friday. I will always still be available to contact with the same email address if you need me for anything!! My co-worker Matt Wood will be transitioning over here to Solterra from our sister community, Evening Creek, and I am confident that he will step right in and continue to keep Solterra the best place to live. He will be sending out an eblast to welcome himself once he is here full time. Thank you again for the great experience!
