Happy Holidays Solterra Residents!! Thank you so much for making our holiday party last night such a huge success! I hope everyone enjoyed the food, caricature artist, raffles, and the photo booth. Speaking of the photo booth, all the photos taken last night were posted on Solterra’s Facebook page this morning so check them out!

On a side note, I wanted to inform you all that I will be transferring to our corporate office after the holidays. I have whole heartedly enjoyed my time here with you all!! I am very sad to be leaving you all as this has been the most fantastic experience I have had in property management. The sense of community that we have here at Solterra is unmatched and will be dearly missed. Thank you for being such great residents. I will be around through Christmas Eve, December 24th and fully transitioning over to our corporate office in January.

In other transitions Solterra’s Leasing Manager, Jason Tow, has been promoted from his current position to Resident Manager as of January 2016. Jason will be continuing in his new role at Solterra and is excited to partner with the new Community Director of Solterra in the coming New Year. Congratulations Jason!
